Data & Decisioning Training

As part of our commitment to world-class products and services, EFD offers several customer training and support programs. From on-location to online, EFD provides a variety of training options. 

Live web-based Training on our Data & Decisioning Solutions is designed as a product walk-through for the end user.  Sessions include:

• ID Verification User Training - Participants will learn how to use the IDV solution and understand the responses.
  
  
• QualiFile Classic Plus User Training – Customers who use the Classic Plus solution will learn how to use QualiFile during the account opening process, how to understand the QualiFile response and how to access the QualiFile History and Credit Report.
  
  
• QualiFile User Training – This session is for those customers who use Advantage, Premier, or Custom in their institution.  The focus is on learning how to “read” the QualiFile response and how to access the QualiFile History and Credit Report.
  
  
• FraudFinder User Training This session covers how to use the FraudFinder Solution, understand the FraudFinder Alert and how to contribute to the Hot List. 

Custom Training is for the FI who is looking to train new users of EFD Data & Decisioning Solutions or is interested in offering annual “refresher” courses for its employees. Conducted either onsite or online this training is tailored to your institution’s needs.  
                            
Recorded Training on our Data & Decisioning Solutions is available on-demand for customers to learn on their own time. This link requires access to eFunds Online.
